Some everyone has taken the butter out of the fridge and replaced it with all the so called reduced fat margarine. This is possibly the worse thing you could do for your health. Here is the reason!
Why eat butter?
Butter is filled with VITAMINS!

SOY PROTEIN ISOLATE! This highly processed powder is combined with 'low trans fats' spreads to give them body. Unfortunately soy protein isolate can contribute to thyroid dysfunction, digestive disorders and many many other health problems
